Responsibility
- Provide courteous and efficient valet parking services to guests, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage or other requests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Coordinate with the front desk and security teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to protect guest vehicles and property.
- Assist in managing traffic flow during peak hours to minimize congestion.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in valet services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourist destinations and local attractions is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
