Responsibility
- Assist in daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Front of House (FOH) team in managing reservations, seating, and customer inquiries.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards, etiquette, and brand values.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for FOH supplies (e.g., tableware, linens, beverages).
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in event planning and execution for private dining or promotional activities.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Passion for the F&B and hospitality industry with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B service or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
