Responsibility
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve dishes with proper presentation, explaining menu items and their cultural significance when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, providing accurate bills and change as required.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with restaurant policies and local regulations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, events, or daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service role (preferably in fine dining or Asian cuisine).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional knowledge of Korean or Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude toward guest interactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
