Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food preparation and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and promotional strategies to drive revenue.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan events, banquets, and special dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
