Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently to optimize seating and guest flow.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and offering recommendations from our menu.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems, while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and food service regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front-of-house role (e.g., host/hostess, server, or similar) in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or willingness to learn about our menu and cultural significance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
