Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical systems in manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deploy and maintain mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the design and modification of mechanical components to improve efficiency.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and performance reports.
- Engage in continuous learning and development through training programs and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
