Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily processing operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished products.
- Maintain detailed records of production data, including output, quality control, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot processing issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Train and supervise junior staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align processing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in processing, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, inventory management, and quality control.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing and logistics.
