Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of utility and maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all utility systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
