Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including service logs, inventory of spare parts, and repair histories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment or systems as part of facility upgrades or expansions.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, implementing temporary fixes and coordinating permanent solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facility Technician, or similar role in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial settings.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, motors, pumps, and industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications in OSHA, electrical safety, or industrial maintenance are a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
