Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and operation of boiler systems, steam generation units, gensets, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in utility systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on best practices for utility system maintenance and safety protocols.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure utility systems meet production and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies related to utility operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and supervising boiler systems, gensets, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of steam generation, power distribution, and mechanical systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
