Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Provide training and support to production staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend upgrades and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment monitoring and analysis.
