Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of automotive technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and other critical vehicle systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service history for all vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workshop efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with expertise in modern vehicle systems.
- Certification in automotive technology or a related field (e.g., ASE, TESDA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools (e.g., OBD-II scanners, multimeters).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations in automotive repair.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to designated work locations.
