Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance and operation of industrial utilities, including water, steam, electricity, and waste management systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and engineering services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, utilities management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial utilities, HVAC systems, and manufacturing equipment.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO, OSHA, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
