Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in automotive service centers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety and operational standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or automotive service center maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
