Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of MEPF systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with codes and standards.
- Develop and review detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Oversee site inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for MEPF components, optimizing for efficiency and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPF engineering, with a focus on design, coordination, and supervision in construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software for system modeling and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC) and Indonesian building codes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working on high-rise buildings, hotels, or mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and contract documents.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
