Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and airport-specific equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential issues and proactively address them to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to align maintenance activities with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, including conducting safety training and incident investigations as needed.
- Prepare and present technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in aviation, industrial, or large-scale facility environments.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of supervisory experience managing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, compressors, and automation controls, with hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in OSHA, HSE, or aviation maintenance standards (e.g., EASA, FAA) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
