Responsibility
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring smooth transitions into production.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing support, operations engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, CAD software, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with ISO, IPC, or other industry standards is advantageous.
