Responsibility
- Plan and design assembly processes to maximize manufacturing efficiency and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly modules.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Analyze production data to recommend improvements in process design and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all assembly processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or assembly line optimization.
- Strong knowledge of process flow design, time studies, and production efficiency metrics.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production data.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
