Responsibility
- Serve as the primary advisor to Site Leadership and line managers on all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) matters, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, including injury rates, environmental impact, and compliance status, to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE best practices into daily operations, projects, and processes.
- Deliver SHE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Stay abreast of emerging SHE trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure Roche remains at the forefront of industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SHE management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE regulations (e.g., Indonesian K3, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing SHE programs that reduce incidents and improve compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence behavior and drive change.
- Certification in SHE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, CIH) is highly desirable.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with a data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
