Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced handling systems for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new handling solutions.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of handling systems in production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor handling systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven expertise in handling system design, automation, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
