Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily painting operations, including powder coating and liquid painting processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all painting activities.
- Train and supervise team members on proper painting techniques and equipment usage.
- Monitor and maintain painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve painting-related issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report on process metrics, including productivity, waste reduction, and defect rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in powder coating and liquid painting processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of painting equipment, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and supervise a team.
