Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
