Responsibility
- Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals for electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical sector.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the company’s offerings effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to clarify project specifications and resolve technical queries.
- Prepare and present tender submissions, including cost estimates, technical drawings, and compliance documentation.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Monitor tender outcomes and provide post-submission support, including clarifications and revisions as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in electrical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, tendering, or business development within the electrical engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully preparing and submitting tenders for electrical projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in using tendering software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
