Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facilities supplies and equipment.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Support the facilities team in managing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Newly licensed or recently graduated engineers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with facilities management software is a plus.
