Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s engineering vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Infrastructure Development: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure systems.
- Technical Roadmapping: Create and implement a comprehensive technical roadmap to support current and future business needs.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient operations without compromising quality.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all engineering practices adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and external partners to drive technical initiatives and business success.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research and development efforts to integrate emerging technologies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in engineering leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-level or senior executive position.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of infrastructure development, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in laboratories, manufacturing, or a related technical industry is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term business and technical strategy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale technical projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
