Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical and embedded systems for semiconductor applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead schematic design, PCB layout, and prototyping processes, optimizing for performance and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of electrical systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Oversee the release of products, ensuring all documentation and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team growth and project success.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor technology and integrate innovative solutions into designs.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless production and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D electrical engineering, with a focus on semiconductor or embedded systems.
- Proven expertise in schematic design, PCB layout, and prototyping tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of debugging complex electrical systems.
- Experience with testing methodologies and equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements for semiconductor products.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
