Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all sites.
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
- Monitor and manage energy consumption, identifying opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of facilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and budget utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or engineering supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
