Responsibility
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for electronic products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Design and maintain automated test systems and equipment to streamline production testing processes.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and enhance product performance.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Document test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders for review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production testing, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and automated test systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present technical information.
- Experience with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, IEC, UL) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
