Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of facilities and machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in facility maintenance, preferably in hospitality or similar industries.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3) is a plus.
