Responsibility
- Lead the on-site deployment and integration of AMRs and AGVs in industrial and logistics environments.
- Design and optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs, propose solutions, and ensure seamless system adoption.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical manuals and training materials.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Train end-users and technical teams on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and recommend innovations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on automation or robotics.
- Proven expertise in deploying AMRs/AGVs or similar industrial automation systems.
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or PLC) and familiarity with ROS or similar frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to client sites across Indonesia.
