In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical installations, from blueprint interpretation to system commissioning. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (LV/MV) in compliance with project blueprints, local regulations, and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and timeline milestones.
- Develop and review electrical schematics, load calculations, and single-line diagrams using CAD software (AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to obtain permits, approvals, and sign-offs for electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, propose cost-effective solutions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement of electrical materials, ensuring specifications align with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale installations (commercial/industrial).
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes (IEC, NEC), safety standards (OSHA), and local Indonesian regulations (PLN, PU).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit for electrical design and simulation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support provided for qualified candidates).
- Certifications in electrical safety (NFPA 70E) or project management (PMP) are advantageous.
