Responsibility
- Lead the design and structural planning of premium residential projects, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software and BIM tools.
- Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates to senior management and clients.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to on-site teams to maintain project excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., PII, PE, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building regulations, seismic design, and material specifications.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
