Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices for production processes.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and downtime.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Design and optimize production layouts to enhance workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on process improvements and equipment operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or precision engineering.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on experience with CAD software, MES systems, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
