As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, and other life sciences instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site or remote support, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections to comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive training to end-users on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, reports, and customer feedback, using digital tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support product demonstrations and client consultations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laboratory technology and participate in continuous training programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing laboratory equipment, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
