Responsibility
- Support daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of process improvements to enhance yield and reduce defects.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, test results, and engineering changes in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to introduce new technologies or optimize existing workflows.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support to production teams, including training and guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar technical environment (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, CAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
