Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure all MEPF works comply with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align MEPF activities with overall project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for MEPF systems.
- Manage and mentor on-site MEPF teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and other documentation as required.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to address technical queries and obtain necessary approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF supervision, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, NEC, local building codes).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
