Responsibility
- Develop and review site design plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize site layouts and functionality.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for project documentation.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction phase.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and efficient site designs.
- Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Design Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
