Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address technical challenges and ensure project continuity.
- Foster a culture of safety by enforcing adherence to health and safety protocols on all project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or relevant professional accreditation is a plus.
