Join Rotaflex Construction And Development Corp as a Senior MEPFS Engineer in the heart of Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Develop and review MEPFS designs, including schematics, layouts, and calculations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IBC).
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEPFS systems into building designs while optimizing space and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges in system implementation.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and specifications for client approval and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of MEPFS components, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Perform energy efficiency and sustainability assessments, recommending eco-friendly solutions (e.g., solar integration, water recycling).
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site MEPFS issues, providing innovative solutions to minimize downtime and delays.
- Mentor junior engineers and draftsmen, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPFS design and project management, preferably in construction or consulting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar software for system modeling and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNIs) and international standards (NFPA, IEC, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design practices is a plus.
