Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and calibrate semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor fabrication tools, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on semiconductor machinery to ensure consistent operation.
- Document all assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities in accordance with company protocols and industry regulations.
- Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures, to maintain a contamination-free work environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new semiconductor equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and operators as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, testing, or maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication tools, such as wafer handlers, etchers, or deposition systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures, including proper gowning and contamination control.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of precision and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly to colleagues and supervisors.
