Responsibility
- Ensure all dishwashing and kitchen utility areas are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and other utility machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with resort policies.
- Uphold the resort’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, dishwashing, or utility roles in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality context.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
