Responsibility
- Provide attentive, professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with efficiency.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and take accurate food/drink orders.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and safety standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns with diplomacy and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
