Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of local attractions and cultural insights is advantageous.
