We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Staff to join our team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's daily operations, ensuring that our infrastructure and work environment remain safe, clean, and fully functional.

Responsibility
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of facility areas to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, equipment, and utility systems.
- Execute minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, and general building components.
- Assist in the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, or gas systems as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to address urgent maintenance requests.
- Ensure all tools and maintenance equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and repair materials, requesting re-stocks as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in trades is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in a utility, maintenance, or janitorial role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Good communication skills to effectively report facility issues.
- Willingness to work in Pasig City on a full-time basis.
