Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment and systems at client sites across Bali.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the internal team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Document all service activities, including work orders, repairs, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in diverse environments.
- Travel to various locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a field technician or similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, including networking, AV equipment, or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site assignments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
