Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on premium commercial coffee machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install and commission new coffee machines, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks and calibration to guarantee optimal performance and consistency in brewing.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including training on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee machine technologies, industry trends, and best practices in equipment servicing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Coffee Machine Technician, Appliance Repair Technician, or in a similar technical role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee-related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg) and work in various environments, including cafes, hotels, and warehouses.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for on-site service calls.
- Basic computer skills for service logging, inventory management, and communication.
