Responsibility
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, compressor, workshop, and boiler systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular evaluations of critical utility points to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Monitor utility performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and equipment upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, compressor, boiler, and workshop systems.
- Proven expertise in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
