Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational activities, ensuring electrical systems align with business needs.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including updates to technical manuals and system logs.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including upgrades and expansions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, motors, and control panels.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, PUIL, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
