Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced lithography processes for semiconductor, PCB, and substrate applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, resolution, and overlay accuracy in high-volume manufacturing.
- Conduct DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical analysis to refine process parameters and troubleshoot defects.
- Develop and implement new photoresist materials, exposure techniques, and etching processes to meet next-gen node requirements.
- Monitor and enhance equipment performance (e.g., scanners, steppers, e-beam systems) to ensure optimal uptime and precision.
- Document and present technical findings, process improvements, and patentable innovations to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating emerging lithography technologies (e.g., EUV, DSA, nanoimprint).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training on lithography best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics with a focus on semiconductor processing.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in lithography process engineering (semiconductor/PCB/substrate industries preferred).
- Proven expertise in photolithography, resist processing, and pattern transfer techniques.
- Strong knowledge of metrology tools (CD-SEM, OCD, AFM) and defect inspection systems.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., PROLITH, Sentaurus) and data analysis tools (Python, JMP, MATLAB).
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
