Responsibility
- Perform calibration, verification, and validation of temperature and humidity measurement instruments in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
- Develop and maintain calibration procedures, protocols, and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Conduct environmental testing and analyze data to ensure equipment meets specified tolerances and performance criteria.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in calibration results, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality control, R&D, and production processes.
- Maintain calibration records and generate reports for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in metrology and environmental control systems.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff on calibration methodologies and equipment handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in calibration and validation of temperature and humidity systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, or GMP/GLP standards is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using calibration software, data loggers, and environmental chambers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for report writing and stakeholder collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with eligibility for local employment (or valid work permit).
